IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Dunson Family and Currahee Vineyards and Winery family are happy to announce the following: On Saturday, September 1, 2018, we will host Waylon Jennings’ band, the Waymore Outlaws, in a concert to be held at Currahee Vineyards & Winery at 3301 W. Currahee Street, Toccoa, GA. We will open up at 11:00AM and will be open only until 4:00PM for normal business. Lindsay Beth Harper, an outstanding entertainer in her own right, will perform for your enjoyment during the afternoon hours. We will of course have cold refreshing wine, slushies and beer available for purchase.
From 4:00-5:00PM, we will be closed and setting up for a VIP Dinner to be followed by the performance of the Waymore Outlaws, the late Waylon Jennings’ Band. Dale and Tracey Thornton from South 40 Smokehouse will be preparing the evening VIP Dinner and we will open back up at 5:00PM, Only 100 VIP Tickets will be sold. All this for the incredibly low price of only $75.00 per person and that includes admission to the concert along with a meet and greet and dinner with the band. And if that is not enough, Lindsay Beth Harper as well as the Old as Dirt Band will be performing again during the dinner.
The menu for the evening will consist of:
Apple Pecan Feta Spinach Salad
Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Fig Glaze
Beef Short Rib bites
Texas Beef Brisket
Southern Green Beans
And Lane Orchard Sweet Georgia Peach Cobbler
We will also pair two glasses of wine with the dinner.
Old as Dirt will be opening for the Waymore Outlaws around 6:30PM, then at approximately 8:00PM, the Waymore Outlaws will be performing. We will be selling 300 General Admission Tickets to the concert at $35.00 per person. The Waymore Outlaws are the performers who performed with Waylon Jennings who had such great hits as “Good Hearted Woman”, “I’m a Ramblin’ Man”, “Rainy Day Woman”, “Suspicious Minds”, “Luckenbach Texas”, “Mamas, Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys”, and of course, the classic “Theme from the Dukes of Hazard (Good Ol Boys)”. Mr. Jennings passed away unfortunately in 2002, but his memory lives on with the performances by his band, the Waymore Outlaws. So make your plans to attend this event at Currahee Vineyards & Winery in Toccoa. We urge you to get your tickets early – for our last dinner, we sold out in less than 48 hours.

-All people will be shuttled from the parking field shown on the map. It is located diagonal from Currahee Vineyards across Jeanette Jamieson intersection. VIP DINNER Shuttles will begin at 4:30pm. General Admission Shuttles will begin at 5:30pm.
-All general addmission ticket holders are encouraged to bring either a chair or blanked to sit on for the concert. VIP Holders may bring either a chair or blanket also.
-ABSOLUTELY NO outside alcohol, coolers or weapons will be allowed into the event. Drinks and food will be available at the concert area.
-There will be a tent set up at the parking area to check in at. All people will receive a wristband and ID's checked for check-in and age verification for alcohol purchase.
